7-up Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup 7-up
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups biscuit mix

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450*F.
  2. MIx first three ingredients and knead until smooth and elastic.
  3. Place on floured board and spread dough gently until 1-inch thick.
  4. Cut into biscuits and place on greased 9-inch baking pan.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter.
  6. Bake 20 minutes.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
