  2. Grease a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Put all ingredients in a bowl and blend for 1 minute with a handheld electric mixer.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
  5. Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool for 5 minutes.
