Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients together into large bowl.
  2. Add sugar, oil and eggs, mix well.
  3. Add carrots, pineapple with juice and nuts.
  4. Bake in greased and floured 9x13 pan or bundt pan at 350* for about 45 minutes or until done.
  5. Cool on rack.
  6. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
