Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring chili and water to boil in medium saucepan.
  2. Stir in rice.
  3. Cover.
  4. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Spoon approx 1/2 cup chili mixture onto each tortilla.
  6. Top with cheese and sour cream, and fold up.
