Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease baking dish.
  3. Cut zuchinni to make single layer in baking dish sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic.
  4. Mix bread crumbs with parmesan cheese, spread over zuchinni.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over top.
  6. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
