Zucchini Sausage Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown sausage; drain off fat.
  2. Add rice, zucchini, tomatoes, and all other ingredients, including sausage.
  3. Place in casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with the 1 cup Cheddar cheese during the last few minutes of baking.
