Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 350°F Coat an 8 or 10 pie pan with vegetable oil.
  2. An Emile Henri ceramic pie pan works great.
  3. Combined all ingredients EXCEPT 1 tablespoon of Parmesan into one bowl.
  4. Spread the mixture into the pie pan.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
  6. Place in oven and back for 45-50 minutes (check at 40 minutes) until golden brown and set in the middle.
