Ingredients:

  • 4 cups single sliced 1/4 thick
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • topping
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Parboil prepared zucchini in salt water until tender then drain and put in bowl.
  2. Add warm water, sugar, cinnamon and cream of tartar then place in unbaked pie shell.
  3. Bake 30 minutes at 350 then top with combined topping ingredients.
  4. Return to oven for 45 minutes.
