Pineapple Chess Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 (20 oz) can chrushed pineapple, drained

Directions:

  1. Separate eggs.
  2. Combine sugar, flour and melted butter.
  3. Beat egg yolks.
  4. Add to sugar mixture, mixing with an electric mixer until well-mixed.
  5. Add drained pineapple and mix well.
  6. Beat egg whites until they form stiff peaks and fold into the mixture above.
  7. Pour into unbaked pie shells and bake at 300 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
