Zucchini Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, cream margarine, peanut butter and sugars.
  2. Add in egg and vanilla; stir to combine. Stir in zucchini.
  3. Add dry ingredients; stir to combine.
  4. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
  5. Cover and chill dough for at least 2 hours.
  6. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake in a 375° oven for 12-15 minutes.
  8. Cool on wire rack.
