Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and cook zucchini -.
  2. Preheat oven to 425*.
  3. Dump all ingredients into a blender and mix well.
  4. Dump in unbaked pie crust.
  5. Bake at 425* for 10 minutes.then lower to bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes.
  6. We like it warm or chilled.
