Zucchini Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk or 1/2 cup sour milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Cream butter then add oil and sugar; mix.
  2. Add next 8 ingredients; mix well.
  3. Fold in the chips and nuts by hand.
  4. Put in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
  5. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until done.
