Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 cups zucchini
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients then add the last 5. CHOPPED WALNUTS.
  2. Bake 350 F for 1 hour.
