Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups zucchini
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 1/4 cup egg white
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 cups walnuts

Directions:

  1. Cut up zucchini in food processor. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 until browned.
