Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.F
  2. Combine flour and powdered sugar
  3. Cut in butter until mixture begins to cling together.
  4. Press into a 13x9x2 inch pan
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
  6. Beat together eggs, sugar,grapefruit juice,and grapefruit peel.
  7. Stir in flour and baking powder, mix until smooth
  8. Pour over baked crust
  9. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until set
  10. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  11. Cut into small bars.
