Yummy Ground Turkey Enchiladas

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray non stick skillet with no calorie spray
  2. Fry Turkey, onion and green peppers
  3. Add Black Pepper and Chili Powder, to taste
  4. I added 1/8 teaspoon Accent Seasoning
  5. Stir in 1/2 of cheese
  6. Spray Casserole Dish with no calorie spray
  7. Pour 1/2 Enchilada sauce in Casserole
  8. Fill warm tortillas with even amounts Turkey
  9. Roll and place seam down in casserole dish
  10. Pour remaining Enchilada Sauce over enchiladas
  11. Sprinkle Cheese on top
  12. Cover tightly with foil and bake 350 for 25 minutes, or until bubbling
