Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 lemons , zest of
  • 1 orange , zest of
  • 3 1/2 cups sifted flour

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar together.
  2. Add yogurt, eggs, and zest.
  3. Sift in flour and baking powder and mix well.
  4. Pour into a greased baking dish at least 10 wide and 3 deep.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour (do not overcook).
