Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
  3. Place a wonton wrapper in each muffin cup. Be careful to make sure that the edges of the wrapper do not fold back into the cup.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from muffin pan and cool completely.
  6. Combine grapes and yogurt.
  7. (Can be prepared to this point for later assembly.).
  8. To assemble fruit cups, spoon some grape mixture into each wonton cup.
  9. Top with a mandarin orange segment.
  10. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
