Wine and Herb Marinated Chicken (Dump)

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup white wine
  • 1 tsp tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 2 1/2-3 lbs chicken

Directions:

  1. Directions for cooking day:
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Put chicken pieces in a freezer bag.
  4. Pour marinade over the pieces.
  5. Put in freezer.
  6. Directions for serving day:
  7. Completely thaw chicken and marinade.
  8. Cook on grill or bake in oven until done
  9. Throw away marinade.
