Wilton Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300oF.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
  3. Add flour and mix until dough is smooth. Spray pan with vegetable pan spray.
  4. Press in prepared pan.
  5. Bake 10-15 minutes, or until very lightly browned.
  6. Cool 5 minutes in pans and remove shortbread to cool.
