Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash collard greens in at least 3 changes of water to remove all sediment.
  2. Remove stalks and thick veins and rip leaves into large pieces.
  3. In a skillet partially fry bacon and retain drippings.
  4. Bring water to a boil.
  5. Add chopped onion, bacon, salt, pepper, garlic, Worchestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and bacon drippings to boiling water.
  6. Add greens to boiling water.
  7. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 4 hours.
