Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, add water, 1 tablespoon butter, lemon juice, Worcestershire, mustard, and pepper; bring to a boil.
  2. Add rice and seasoning packet; return to boiling.
  3. Lower heat; cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  4. In a large skillet, melt remaining butter.
  5. Add shrimp, green pepper, and onions.
  6. Saute and stir for 5-7 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.
  7. Add rice; stir until heated through.
