  1. Combine rice mix, soups,mushrooms, water and sherry in 9x13 casserole dish.
  2. Place chicken breasts on top.
  3. Brush with melted butter, salt& pepper, paprika.
  4. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2-2 hours.
