  1. Brown venison in skillet.
  2. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour into 2 1/2 or 3 quart casserole dish, cover.
  4. Bake in 350° oven for 30 mins.
  5. Uncover and bake for 30 more mins.
