Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup crisco
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup crisco
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 .Mix all ingredients for batter together on med. speed for 1 minute. Drop by tablespoon on baking sheet and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes until firm. Cool.
  2. Mix filling ingredients together and beat on med speed for about 1 minute.
