Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large soup pot, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey; cook about 5 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally to break up turkey.
  3. Add onion, flour and chili powder; cook about 5 minutes.
  4. Add beans, chicken broth and chiles; bring to a simmer and cook, covered, about 30 minutes.
  5. Stir in cilantro.
  6. Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream if desired.
