Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup pillsbury's best
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 heaping cup white cornmeal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup boiling water

Directions:

  1. Beat the eggs, add milk, set aside. Sift the flour, salt and baking powder together, set aside. Pour the boiling water over the cornmeal and let it cool, then add the flour mixture, then add egg mixture. Lastly add the butter. Bake in a hot oven for 25 minutes.
