White Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients:

  • 2 tabs sweet butter
  • 5 tabs heavy cream
  • coating
  • 3 1/2 oz white chocolate
  • 1 oz =28 g

Directions:

  1. Line a swiss roll pan with parchment paper
  2. Place the butter and cream in a small saucepan,and bring slowly to the boil,stirring constantly,boil for 1 minute ,remove from the heat
  3. Break the chocolate into pieces ,add to cream ,stir until melted
  4. Pour into prepared pan
  5. Place in fridge to chill until firm +-2 HOURS
  6. Break off teaspoon size of mixture and roll them into balls
  7. Chill again for about 30 minutes
  8. Melt the 2nd amount of white chocolate in a double boiler
  9. Dip the balls in the melted chocolate,
  10. Place them on waxed paper ,swirl the chocolate with a fork ,for an effect
  11. Allow to set
  12. Drizzle a little melted dark chocolate over the truffles ,allow to set
  13. Place in tiny gold paper cases to serve to guests { if any left by the time you finish making these YUMMY......YUMMY.....YUMMERS
