White Bean and Chicken Chili

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium high heat. Add celery, onion, bell pepper, and jalaneno and saute until beginning to soften, about four minutes.
  2. Add garlic, chili powder, and cumin and saute one minute.
  3. Add broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until vegetables are crisp-tender, about three minutes.
  4. Add beans, chicken and half and half. Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium, and simmer until heated through, about five minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
