Ingredients:

  • 1 (3 oz) package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup milk (should be cold)
  • 1 (8 oz) container cool whip, thawed

Directions:

  1. Combine the pudding mix, powdered sugar and milk in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed 1-2 minutes.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping. Spread on cake or cupcakes. This covers an angel cake or a dozen cupcakes. Makes enough for a 2-layer cake.
