Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sear sausages in a large hot frypan with little or no fat added.
  2. Drain off any accumulated fat.
  3. Spread onions and sauerkraut over sausages and add beer.
  4. Cover and reduce heat to medium.
  5. Cook about 15 to 20 minutes or until sausages are cooked through and onions are just soft.
  6. Add apple slices and seasonings to taste.
  7. Recover and cook 2 minutes more.
  8. Serve at once.
