Watermelon Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 3 strip orange peel
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cup watermelon
  • 3/4 cup white tequila

Directions:

  1. Bring water, sugar and zet to boil. Cook till dissolved. 3 minutes. Cool.
  2. Puree watermelon in Food processor. Strain through sieve. Mix all together.
  3. Pour over ice.
  4. Serves 4
