Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup pumpkin
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 1/8 splenda quick pack

Directions:

  1. Place pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg in a microwave safe bowl and heat on HIGH for 3-5 minutes, until hot and steamy.
  2. Add syrup and Splenda. Mix until smooth.
