Warm Greens With Pears Pecans And Goat Cheese

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and dry greens and place in a large bowl.
  2. Wash, trim and slice Vidalia onions and add to greens.
  3. Add pecans to mixture.
  4. Rinse core and coarsely chop the pears. Toss with 1 t. lemon juice. Add to greens.
  5. Crumble the chevre into 1/2 inch chunks and toss with greens mixture.
  6. In a small saucepan, heat the dressing ingredients.
  7. When warm, pour over salad and toss.
  8. The greens will wilt and the chevre will begin to soften.
  9. Serve immediately.
  10. You can also add other things to it such as...grape tomatoes, celery, endive or artichoke hearts etc.
