Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together the sugar and cinnamon; reserve.
  2. Cut crusts from bread. Roll each slice flat with a rolling pin.
  3. Spread slices with cream cheese and roll up like a jelly roll. Cut each roll in half.
  4. Dip each half roll in the melted butter. then roll in the reserved sugar mixture. Bake in preheated oven 5 to 8 minutes. Let cool.
