Wagon Spokes Baked Sausage and Eggs

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook sausage using package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Combine cheese and flour in bowl.
  3. Press into bottom of ungreased round 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  4. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese.
  5. Beat eggs, half and half and Worcestershire sauce in bowl until well mixed.
  6. Pour over cheese layers.
  7. Arrange sausages spoke fashion over top.
  8. Chill covered, for 24 hours or longer.
  9. Let stand, uncovered, at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is puffed and set.
