Ingredients:

  • 1 package ham cubes
  • 16 oz can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 cups water

Directions:

  1. Rinse and sort beans.
  2. Heat all ingredients to boiling with pot uncovered then turn down heat.
  3. Cover and simmer 4 hours adding enough boiling water to keep beans well covered.
