Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 (2 oz) envelope lipton onion and mushroom soup mix
  • 1 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 (16 oz) can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 oz pkge. broad egg noodles (cooked)

Directions:

  1. In Dutch Oven or large saucepan, heat oil and brown beef.
  2. Add onion mushroom soup mix and paprika blended with tomatoes.
  3. Simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 1 1/2 hours or until beef is tender.
  4. Stir in flour and salt blended with water.
  5. Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with cooked noodles.
