Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 8-10 slices bread

Directions:

  1. Preheat and lightly oil a waffle iron.
  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and salt, then melted butter.
  3. Dip bread slices, one at a time, in egg mixture and drain.
  4. Bake in a waffle iron 2-3 minutes, until brown.
  5. Serve with your favorite syrup.
