Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 2 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. In the jug of a blender, combine the yogurt, raspberries, violets and honey.
  2. Blend on low speed for 30 seconds, then increase speed to high and blend another 10 seconds, until smooth.
  3. Pour into 2 glasses and stir in mineral water to taste.
