Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 then combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Wet hands and roll meat mixture into 1” balls then place on square baking dish.
  3. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes then garnish with fresh coriander.
  4. Serve warm with extra soy or fish sauce for dipping.
