Very Simple Jalapeno Salsa

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Blacken jalapenos, until soft (this can be done under your broiler, or over a gas-top range)
  2. Cut off jalapeno stems
  3. Cut off of cilantro stems
  4. Combine tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, jalapenos and salt to blender or food processor
  5. Puree
  6. Serve with tortilla chips!
  7. Also great over grilled chicken topped with mozarella cheese or in a chicken/avocado wrap!
