Venison Jerky (spicy)

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb steak
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp thyme

Directions:

  1. Cut into strips 1/8 inch by 1 inch by 6 inches long.
  2. Mix together and marinade overnight.
  3. Put into a dehydrator.
  4. For 6 hours rotating trays once an hour.
  5. Longer if you like it crunchy.
  6. You can add sugar to make it sweeet.
