Vegie sausage tacos

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In skillet cook sausage until just barely cooked.
  2. Add all shredded vegies and saute with light oil as needed.
  3. Once vegies are fairly well cooked add corn, tomatoes, and chicken taco seasoning.
  4. Served with warm tortillas,(or fried tortillas), light sour cream, guacomole, and salsa. Shredded cheese optional.
  5. Prep 45 min
  6. Cook 40 - 50 min
