Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook rice as directed on bag.
  2. Steam veggies, not avacado.
  3. In a pan over a medium heat, heat oil.
  4. Add cooked rice, egg whites - cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add steamed veggies and soy sauce cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. Cut cream cheese into 1 pieces.
  7. Add avacado, cream cheese, and wasabi to pan
  8. Stir and cook until combined well.
