Vegetarian 'good Protein' Chili

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put garlic and onion in blender, pulse til chunky, then add tomatoes and blend just til pureed.
  2. Add blender mixture, beans, rice, seasonings and salsa to a medium pot.
  3. Cook for 30-45 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve - delicious 'as is', or top with sour cream, guacamole, grated cheese or whatever sounds great.
  5. ENJOY! : ).
