Made with Dried soya Mince 115 grams dried weight = another 45 calories per portion to be added. Also mixed vegetables and tomatoes.
Ingredients:
331 grams onion
10 grams garlic
11 grams stock cube
36 grams tomato puree
235 grams red pepper
78 grams green pepper
154 grams mushroom
2 grams dried basil
2 grams dried oregano
3 grams dried parsley
792 grams tinned tomatoes
Directions:
1. Chop Onion, Peppers, mushrooms and garlic.
2. Heat in a small amount of water and add vegetables, stock cube, dried herbs, tomato puree and a good shake of Worcester sauce,
3. Meanwhile pour boiling water over dried soya mince and leave to stand for ten minutes.
4. After ten minutes add soya mince to vegetables and the canned tomatoes.
5. Cook on a low heat for about an hour before serving with pasta of choice.
