Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion in oil until beginning to brown
  2. Place all ingredients in stockpot and cover with water
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer partially covered 11/2 hrs or until veggies are extremely tender(mushy even ;)
  4. Strain and chill or put into ice trays
  5. Dont forget to label like I always do!
