  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp dried mint
  • 1 1/4 cups potato
  • 1 1/4 cups cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 3 tbsp canola oil

Directions:

  1. Fry pakoras (p. 142)
  2. Mix tamarind sauce (p.167)
