Vegan Low Fat Mocha Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp dark cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum

Directions:

  1. You may want more sugar- I like my coffee strong and dark!
  2. Blend together until cup mix is thick and there are no ice cube chunks left.
  3. Drink and enjoy!
